The staff needs training on what this vehicle has to offer and the government rebates that apply. Sharon was helpful and even though she didn’t know all the answers she endeavored to find them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the finance department where a couple of mistakes were made. So check your bill of sale carefully folks. I would recommend this dealership and this is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. I had such a good experience with my last Kia that I bought another. More

Then you find out it was all for nothing. This dealership is not like the others I've been to and I am not talking specifically Kia. I knew what I wanted and for how much, I made an appointment and Manager Brad and his Sales specialist Eric were extremely pleasant to deal with, straight forward with pricing and did everything possible to get me into a new 2020 Telluride EX with my fairly aggressive offer. My experience was so good I was back the next day with my father and got him into a new 2019 vehicle. Great job guys, keep it up!
