So Im just curious how many people have been ripped off by Kia? I have a Kia with a Extended Warranty on my motor and was told upon sale that as long as I use a license mechanic to do oil changes id have by Kia? I have a Kia with a Extended Warranty on my motor and was told upon sale that as long as I use a license mechanic to do oil changes id have no issues with the warranty, turns out they are denying my warranty because I had a license mechanic doing my oil changes on the side at a much lower price. Now why during the sale that was ok but now its not? These motors have a faulty motor and Kia is aware of this but they still refuse to honor my warranty. I use to absolutely love Kia and recommend then to everyone, now im on here letting everyone know if you have or are buying a Kia DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY they will lie, and tell you all is great until you have a problem then they say no not helping you!! More
