Could have been better Unfortunately, the appointment time written on my paperwork said 11 am, but it turns out my salesman, Haig, was busy with another customer at that tim Unfortunately, the appointment time written on my paperwork said 11 am, but it turns out my salesman, Haig, was busy with another customer at that time. After my daughter and I waited for approx. 20 min, he did send out other fellow to explain the electronics of the Rav4 which took about 10 min. However, we were then back to waiting for Haig. At about 11:45 Haig was ready for us with a small folder of paperwork, which although we had to sign, he kept taking back to some other fellow. All in all, it was 12:15 before the paperwork was done at which point they could not find the second set of keys. After waiting another 15 min, they gave up and said they would courier the key to me once they found it. Overall, the experience of picking up the new car was needlessly slow and inefficient. Futhermore, Haig convinced us that a lease arrangement was the same as a financing arrangement in terms of paying of the balance early should we so choose. This is, in fact, NOT the case. My wife and I fully intended to finance the car outright, but Haig was insistent that the lease was a much better way to go. We were very specific in asking about early payoff options and were told explicitly that if we paid more than the stated lease payment, the extra would go to paying off the principle. However, when we tried to do just that, the Toyota finance people said this is not the case and that the entire value of the lease, including the interest, would have to be paid. When I left a message for Haig, he did not respond and this issue is still outstanding. As of now, I would definitely not recommend Haig or this dealership, the experience has been poor, especially given that we paid nearly full price for our car! More

I did n't like his overall hustle bustle attitude and lack of compassion-went with a different dealership to get my lease buyout process completed. Moreover George sent me a text with incorrect spelling of my name which shows his lack of attention to detail and professionalism as well. More
