Super nice customer service I booked an appointment online with Karen Muir. She responded almost immediately to set up my appointment. I had to make a minor change to delay swapping the winter / summer tires. No problem. Karen changed it right away and emailed me back. On my appointment day, I drove into service bay. Howard Tung was the service rep assisted me. I explained to Howard about the small rust spot I noticed on the tail gate. Howard went into extensive explanation on how to keep / maintain the vehicle in winter. He also provided a body shop I can contact to help me with the issue. Great customer service! More
