Pressure Tactics The salesman that I dealt with was very rude and constantly pressuring me into a purchase I was uncomfortable with. I believe his name was Luchiano. I told him I was a Honda purchaser my entire life however I was curious about what Toyota offered. Right off the bat he told me what a poor choice I had been making driving a Honda my entire life. When I offered what features I liked about Honda, some of which Toyota vehicles do not provide, he went on about how superior this brand was. He was somewhat polite after that after I showed some interest in a particular vehicle, but as soon as I said I still would like to visit other dealerships and see what options are available, he immediately told me that the offer I was given was a take it or leave it offer, I was making a mistake to not purchase on the spot, and he couldn't give us any more time because he wanted to speak with other costumers (we were speaking for no more than 30 minutes). When I eventually said thank you and was leaving, and knowing I wasn't purchasing right then and there, I ignored me and took a phone call. I'm sure other sales people are more helpful and inviting at Stouffville Toyota, I would not purchase from there or at least deal with this particular sales person. More

I love my Toyota and will still be buying a Toyota but definitely not from Stouffville Toyota. Friendly and Honest service I thought that my car required an oil change at 8000 kilometres and took it in for this, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that the recommended I thought that my car required an oil change at 8000 kilometres and took it in for this, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that the recommended service was for fluid top up and inspection only with oil not needing to be replaced until the next service interval. The charges were very reasonable and I did not need to wait long for it to be completed. I greatly appreciated Vanessa's friendly and honest service and will come back when the car is due for its next service. More
