Customer Experience I recently took my car in for service at my local Stouffville Toyota. From when I got into the dealership I felt at home. Vanessa my service administr I recently took my car in for service at my local Stouffville Toyota. From when I got into the dealership I felt at home. Vanessa my service administrator greeting me with a smile and my car was taken in right away. Vanessa clearly explained what was going to get done with car and how long it would take - approx 2 hours for the service. Before the car was done, Vanessa came over to me to see I needed anything. I've only been once and overall very impressed withe dealership staff. My car came back from service with one of the tires low on air. The service staff promptly added air but the next day it was flat. I took it back to the dealership and they took care of everything. It wasn't mounted properly to the rim (I was putting winter tires on new rims). Same thing happened to me on a previous car at another dealership and Stouffville Toyota did a much better job of following up. More
