Tim helped us with everything. I thought my new RAV4 hyrid was oversteering just a bit at highway speeds. I was embarrassed to complain because it was so slight. They did an alignment and sure enough the toe was off a bit. They treated me very well and I am totally happy. The car is perfect now. If you are in the market, I would not hesitate to recommend Stouffville Toyota. Go see Tim Staley! More

Had ordered a new tundra from them, they directed me to the used car manager. I had more knowledge about the vehicle I wanted than they did. I was told there was a wait time. I have no problem waiting, however when I called for updates I couldn’t get a straight answer. Finally after numerous unanswered voicemails and emails trying to talk with the general sales manager I canceled my order. I decided to order from northern Toyota in Sault Ste Marie. I ordered in mid January, got the truck in 4 months. No problems with Northern Toyota, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Carson Miller and Alonso Gutierrez at Northern Toyota ! More
John Athanasiadis was very helpful and initiated communications with the manufacturer of the vehicle. He brought the matter to a satisfactory resolution and we are very happy with the level of servi communications with the manufacturer of the vehicle. This dealership is a complete joke. I am afraid I can't give even one star. I’ve been waiting for 5 months already for a vehicle. I ordered one on February 1st of 2023. One would think I received a courtesy phone call to be updated during the time. Of course, I was never updated. Every time I went, I received foolish excuse why the car wasn’t available. Today I went again after I was told that I would be able to pick it up in the middle of June. Stella, the sales person, told me “Oh not this month, perhaps in July but by the way we have new pricing. It is in our contract” Service in Canada became so poor that it is beyond imagination. Managers, sales people are promising allot and they grossly under perform. You are coming to buy any Toyota from this dealership? Think again. You may not get it at all or if you do you will not pay what you were promised at the beginning I am out of this Sh…t. Checked in with my sales rep, Arthur, on May 26 2023 and was informed that they had a vehicle that became available after the last customer was unable to secure insurance. Confirmed with the sales manager, Lloyd, that the vehicle was indeed available but because it was a “display vehicle” it MUST have rust proofing and ceramic wrap done, which was 3k on top of the 35k OTD price (which also included a 3 year ECP that I "needed" to get to secure the order) Also, I had to sign the contract that day because the car needs to be sold by the end of the month (a "display vehicle" that needs to be sold within 5 days, hmmmm). I had assumed that the two add ons were already done and so went in and signed the papers, but to my surprised, the car was literally just off the truck (still wrapped in protective film). The next day before going to complete the final paperwork, I had a chat with the finance manager, Cecilia, and requested to remove these add ons since they haven’t been done but she said it was not possible, again citing the fact that the car was a “display vehicle” and adding that I was already getting a good deal as the dealership is prioritizing customers with trade ins. I canceled. P.S., they still have my deposit. More
I am usually very fond of this dealership but my last experience wasn't so great. I went for a transmission drain & fill and when I left there the lights on my gear shifter didn't work. I'm not sure if one is related to the other and I called and spoke to 2 different people about it and was told it's not related, but nonetheless, when I leave a mechanic and feel like more is wrong with it then when I brought it in, is disappointing. Stouffville Toyota replaced winter tire and over torqued the lug nut with impact gun causing then to be stripe. Tried to explain to service advisor/service manager but refuse to replace 5 lug nut costing ab the lug nut with impact gun causing then to be stripe. Now I will be going to another Toyota dealership for service for 2 Toyotas vehicles Loss of my business over $15. I guess business must be good to lose clients. More
