After considering various options I ended up choosing a Jeep Compass. Chris, one of sales managers gave me an excellent trade in for my car, even though it wasn't a Chrysler. From there I met with J.J. The finance manager. He was excellent in securing me affordable financing. Overall, an excellent experience. More

Best experience ever. My introduction to the Stouffville team was via their service department who went way above the call to help me when my junker died. Not only did they help organize a rental car, they waited after hours to unload the car from the tow truck and take all the details. None of that "throw the keys in the slot". Where else would I go when looking for my next car!!! Their sales team was excellent, finding me a car with exactly what I wanted plus a few extras that were negotiated into an affordable package. Service at stouffville Chrysler sucks Stay away from Stouffville Chrysler's service department what a joke brought my truck in yesterday for multiple issues. One of the issues was a piece of paint flaking off the drivers door. After being told by a service adviser to listen to him because clearly is seems like I don't know how to listen. And that they couldn't find the paint flake this is how they washed my truck and this is how I picked it up and on top of that they power washed the truck and made the flake bigger. I was told that the situation would be handle this is not how you handle the problem. More

I was actually challeged by My post on Facebook  So, most of my friends and family know that my wife and I have terrible luck at car dealerships. I was actually challeged by the sales Manager at Newroads Chrysler Newmarket on the discount that Stouffville Chrysler had on a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee plus my employer rebate, plus loyalty rebate and a holiday rebate that Jeep is currently offering. They were very convincing and we almost settled with no discount on there 2016 Jeep Cherokee when we decided to check out Stouffville Chrysler. I called prior to my arrival and Mark Edward's verified that all rebates on top of there sale on there Jeep would apply so we made the trip over to see the vehicle. When we arrived he had the one we were interested in plus a similar model of lower cost (interesting sales pitch) but with similar features to fit our use. Now I've only bought used vehicles in the past so this was a big deal for me but Mark and the team at Stouffville Chrysler were very accommodating, patient and seamless.  I don't post much on facebook but feel you need to know that Mark was only focused on our needs, no distractions from the busy environment, unlike what we experienced from New Roads Chrysler, but focused on us, worked with us and got us into a great vehicle for our family. Thank you guys at Stouffville Chrysler and also thank you to the Sales Manager at Newroads Chrysler for challenging us to check them out! More
