Excellent customer service I was in a rush because I had to go to work and they got it done quicker than expected. These small things definitely go a long way for me I just want to say thank you Jonathan fo to go to work and they got it done quicker than expected. First time at Stockie Chrysler and I must say, the service was exceptional! Ben in service not exceeded my expectations but even got truck washed for me! Far better than I expected!!!! I'm not sure if this is a redundant review, but Ben did a great job welcoming me to the service department at Stockies and getting my RAM 2500 quad ca I'm not sure if this is a redundant review, but Ben did a great job welcoming me to the service department at Stockies and getting my RAM 2500 quad cab repaired far faster than I expected. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Ben and Jonathan especially on my last interaction. Sorry guys that did the mechanical repairs, I didn't get to meet you, but you did a great job!. I was initially expecting it would take 5 days to fix my truck. After I dropped it off at Stockie's, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a text from Ben that the truck repair was competed on the same day I met them to discuss the repairs. He had searched the area and found a part was available locally. Everyone in the service group are friendly and easy to work with. You can't ask for better service from a team. Have been dealing with Ryan for a while, and he is always clear in his recommendatio We use Stockie for maintenance on our Chrysler Pacifica (Hybrid). Have been dealing with Ryan for a while, and he is always clear in his recommendations and helpful - including finding me a place to plug in my laptop and work while I wait. Nowadays, it's not so unusual to enjoy this kind of convenience at the dealership, but we had a recent experience with Stockie that reinforced what makes them special and why we have become loyal customers. We scraped the side of our van and needed some body work. From beginning to end, Ryan made us feel that we had a trusted partner in Stockie. He had a look and made his recommendation, then sourced a quote with Stockie's body shop partner, and gave us the benefit of their preferred pricing. He walked us through each issue. Then we sourced a second quote from another body shop in town. It was about 3x the cost of the Stockie quote and included a bunch of work that was unnecessary. The contrast with the Stockie experience was significant - we just felt we couldn't trust the other body shop. So we went with Stockie. And we have been extremely pleased with the work. Ryan went through all of the elements and gave the car a once-over. We felt well-represented but most of all we felt that we could trust the work. Thank you Ryan for your diligence and support - you are a gem! More
