Excellent service by advisor Ben Lovey It was both a surprise and a pleasure to visit Stockie Chrysler today. This dealership had been highly recommended by my daughter, who bought a dodge caravan some years ago. She had praise for the efficiency and professionalism shown during her time of purchase and then consequent service visits. Stockie's was also suggested by our current service providers at Wright's Auto in Kitchener. They were accurate when saying we would be treated right. Ben Lovey was the service advisor who helped us today. We were well looked after, in a timely fashion, furthermore, Ben was focused on our needs for the vehicle today, and as well as our comfort. It was a scorcher of a day, and due to the pandemic, they offered outdoor seating in a nicely shaded area, however Ben suggested my husband and I might prefer the air-conditioned lounge. This was truly a life-saver, and we appreciated the cool, but most importantly, his caring. Well done, Ben! More

Ben was amazing, his service was top of the line. I was expecting to have to pay a lot of money when going in there but in the end it turned out to be a very minor issue. I had only intended on getting a new set of tires put on and a quote on a part that I knew needed to be replaced at some point. Not only did they get me a quote, but they took a look and realized that it was caused by a much more serious problem. They were able to quickly get the part that was needed and did an amazing job with the repairs. Ken was a lifesaver helping me out with the unexpected parts costs. Ryan and Jonathan are both pleasant to deal with and even remembered me even though I have only met them a couple of times. Overall, Stockie is one of the best dealerships in Waterloo Region to work with! More

Great Service! Met Ryan a couple weeks ago when our Dodge Journey required service for wheel bearings. Was impressed with his professional and friendly demeanor. This week we had to have our 2005 Crossfire SRT6 convertible fixed as the roof would not open. (this rare vehicle is my wife's pride and joy). After we took the vehicle out of winter storage the roof would not retract, Jonathan (service advisor) asked us some detailed questions to zero in on the problem so that the technician would have all the info needed. Turns out they found a fault code, corrected that and reprogrammed the top to open and close. We were impressed with how thorough they were and that they took the time to fully understand our issues. We will definitely go back to see Ryan and his staff for all our service needs. More
