The best service I have ever received at a car dealership. I am from out of town and had trouble starting my car. I took my car to Steve Marshall Ford and was helped immediately. I just took in my ford escape to get my oil changed as the light indicator was on for a few days. Drove my car into the thru lane . Both the young lady and the man that had my vehicle never looked at m the light indicator was on for a few days. Drove my car into the thru lane . Both the young lady and the man that had my vehicle never looked at my sticker as to when the oil was to be changed. No one told me until after the oil change had been done , they both apologized , they said I had another 1000 k to go ????? I understand I should be more observant, But , I see a light in my car flashing I go to the dealership, I really felt undermined, Like I was the stupid one . Now that I think about it , A rebate back of some source should be granted,,, That was really bad ! If no rebate back from the Campbell River Ford dealership. I will not return there again . And of course my words will spread as I am in a retail establishment myself 🤷‍♀️ More

The absolute worst service ever ! What a headache trying to get my recalled locks fixed on my f150. They took days to complete the job then after they said it was done my doors still won't unlock. trying to get my recalled locks fixed on my f150.
