Worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Does not accept responsibility for workmanship. Would not recommend this service department to any for work. Also since going to another dealership for work I have found out that stettler dodge pr Would not recommend this service department to any for work. Also since going to another dealership for work I have found out that stettler dodge prices are extremely high compared to this other dealership I now go to. Didn’t realize how much they weee over charging for work. More

I WAS BANNED FROM STETTLER DODGE BY THEIR GENERAL MANAGER BECAUSE THEY HAD TO REPLACE TIRES ON MY CAR WHICH THEY INSTALLED, WHICH WERE DIFFERENT TIRES THAN THE ONES THAT I REQUESTED. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE BECAUSE THEY HAD TO REPLACE TIRES ON MY CAR WHICH THEY INSTALLED, WHICH WERE DIFFERENT TIRES THAN THE ONES THAT I REQUESTED. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER Wow- I’ve never had customer service like that ever!!! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. Took truck in to get warranty work and fan motor and resistor replaced. 2 days wasted and gas and over 100.00 later and still the same. He went above and beyond what I have ever seen a salesman do. I have even work at dealerships for many years and have seen many salesman. None like he was. They even lent me a vehicle till I could pick up the truck. He took the time to show me all the features in my beautiful new Ram 1500. Which was wonderful with features changing over the years.
