Been a Honda driver for 35 years. Always dealt with Sterling for service. These days getting an appointment is difficult for simple service. Always hit with extra things that need to Always dealt with Sterling for service. These days getting an appointment is difficult for simple service. Always hit with extra things that need to be done. Recently spent almost $3,000 on repairs. Car was leaking oil. Month later car is STILL leaking oil. Take it back again and am told no parts in stock so it will be ordered. That was now 12 days ago. No return call from dealership. When you walk in for your service appointment you are ignored by staff and left waiting without anyone acknowledging you are there. Technician caught lying on my service checklist. Free oil changes to make up for it but now I cannot trust these guys with my car. If you lie about checking the air filter what else are you lying about. Can never get a shuttle when you want to drop the car off either. Kyle is a great service advisor and always helpful but other than that I have lost all confidence in the service department. Customer service quality has really dropped the last few years. More
