Dont go there over the weekend! Even with an appoitment! I got some number to go home and study! and booked an appointment for 3 pm Saturday. He was busy with other customers, barely made eye contact, they let me test drve it on my own (nice! But what if I also had some questions!) and I left at 4:30 cuz nobody wanted to know why Im waitng there. Lol. The guy at the front desk said he is going to call me and explain. Never happened. More
Crooks/Beware 04 civic 90 000km. Goes in for a stabilizer link comes out with $3000 bill. New drive belt ,ball joints,water pump etc.etc. etc. If car needs all that 04 civic 90 000km. But we know they are good cars but dealers like Sterling should be avoided.Didn't offer the parts back. Took advantage of a old women your service department values need to be adjusted. More
Dishonest service and very bad customer relationships I was a loyal customer for 30 years however this changed in dec 2016 when I had my car in for service. I was having battery problems and documented wh I was a loyal customer for 30 years however this changed in dec 2016 when I had my car in for service. I was having battery problems and documented what was happening. Took all of this in to service department was was told the next day that my battery (which was only 7 months old and purchased from sterling) was fine. I asked if they could start my car and double check before I came to pick up. I was assured that this had happened and when I made the journey over I found out that the car battery was dead again. At this point they sold me a new battery and when a different mechanic went to install it he asked me what was happening with the car. I told me the exact same story and he quickly said that it was not the battery was was a problem with the air conditioner. I was told that I still needed to purchase the battery. I did and left. Fern from service called my house and offered a $125 dollar voucher for my next service. There was no other call from sterling and they were told that I would no longer be a client. I would never again use sterling Honda and feel that they are extremely dishonest More
Worst service ever! Took my 2014 Honda CRV in to Sterling to have a battery checked and to see if it was still under warranty. Told they would have to do a test (even tho Took my 2014 Honda CRV in to Sterling to have a battery checked and to see if it was still under warranty. Told they would have to do a test (even though Caa told me the battery was dead they did the test when they boosted me!) I was told it was still under warranty but I would only be reimbursed for 50% of the cost of the battery but no labour. Told it could take 2hrs! To change a car battery please!! Would also not quote me a price for the battery. Waited over an hour still no price still no answer as to the state of my battery. Told them their service was very poor! Left the dealership very angry and disappointed Called Caa had them install a new battery within 1/2 hour. Wish I had them do that in the first place instead of wasting my time! Caa personnel where very kind and helpful and no hassle!! More

I negotiated a remote starter into the deal and service recommended the, Genuine Honda Remote Start. We got it. Its retail value was described as approximately 800 dollars and we were happy. The starter is a disgrace. It rarely works and we have been back several times about it. Just had a service done and brought up the issue of my unhappiness with the starter issue. The girl at the desk simply said, "Not my problem" and walked away. To those of you buying: Consider Sterling Honda and their excellent sales staff. To those of you servicing: These guys are awful and should be avoided. For me: I'm going to an after market starter place to have this tumor extracted and a really great and reliable 400 dollar starter installed. The tumor I will attempt to send back. You can't call the dealership, so I chatted online and was given I spent over 40 minutes trying to contact Sterling Honda regarding my airbag recall. You can't call the dealership, so I chatted online and was given a website to book my appointment. 30 minutes later, after filling in the form clearly stating that the appt was for a replacement airbag, I try to figure out their calendar. I just kept hitting dates until finally a date and time came up. The time was 1130 May 10th. I booked it on May 03. My husband and I rearrange our schedules to drop the car off at the dealership. When we arrive, my husband goes in and is told they don't have the part. When he questioned why no one called us. The answer was, "I don't know how that happened". I tried to contact the dealership to complain but there is absolutely no way to do so. Not happy at all. Deplorable customer service. More
Great Service! I've had my vehicles serviced at this dealership since '99 (even when they were located on King St. West) and I've never had any major issues here. Steve Emiglio has always been courteous and professional during our dealings as well as the rest of the staff. I purchased my second new vehicle from them in 2014 and have encouraged other family members to do the same. Thank you! More
Awful My breaks were making an awful sound stopped in here on my way back to my home ( Not my normal dealership) told I needed full break job done on a 2 ye My breaks were making an awful sound stopped in here on my way back to my home ( Not my normal dealership) told I needed full break job done on a 2 year old car when asked if this was covered under my extended warranty I was told no, when asked if I could drive to my normal dealership was told it was not safe. Break job done with a massive bill to show for it!! Come to find out from my normal dealership that it should have been covered under warranty!!! When called sterling they said no it shouldn't be!! Will never go to sterling again!! More
