Horrible experience. Came in to replace condenser under warranty but they brought the problem that never had. Right after they gave me my car, as soon as i turned AC on, Came in to replace condenser under warranty but they brought the problem that never had. Right after they gave me my car, as soon as i turned AC on, there is small rattling noice underneath the stealing wheel. Went back right away to address issue. All ingot from service manager is that im not under warranty, it is not their fault and they are not taking responsibility. Noice coming out of AC line, never had that before they touching it, right after they touched my car, the noice appeared. Isn’t it common sense that at least they should question their own mistake possibly? But they just pushed blame on me and tried to kick me out of store cause they can’t even convince me that it is not their fault. All they were saying that it happened coincidentally. Ridiculous!! More
I work for a non profit that purchased a Honda passport. Service is terrible. Every time simple services I.e oil change , tires. Takes hrs Appointment times never honoured. Get here told 3.5hrs. I’m lucky I get paid by the hr by my employer. But if was my time. No way More
Out of convenience for someone picking me up a new battery 2 years and 7 days ago, for my Honda CRV, (that emphatically encouraged always buying OEM parts )a new battery was purchased at Sterling Hond battery 2 years and 7 days ago, for my Honda CRV, (that emphatically encouraged always buying OEM parts )a new battery was purchased at Sterling Honda Upper James Hamilton. I returned last week, with a completely DEAD battery, and was told sorry your 7 days too late, we can't give you a week grace period we will only apply 60% of the original purchase price, not in refund of dollars, (I asked), but towards a new battery only. They wanted $148.80 to pick up another battery for this, as the fellow said defective one. (note Honda 2 year replacement 60 mo proration starting at 60%). Now I live a very short few minutes from this dealer and had received less than acceptable service in the past years ago, with another vehicle so hadn't returned until this purchase. Thank you for reminding me why, shame on me. The parts and service managers were both consulted neither would waive the $148.80, the parts employee spoke to both. I drive about 30 minutes to Brantford Honda where I have serviced since the mid 2000's after a bad experience here, as I am a loyal Honda Brand owner. Its difficult to believe, they are such a short sighted dealership, that cannot look beyond their nose, to foresee future service and purchase business, as my 7 yr warranty just expired quite recently. I have no intention of selling my vehicle period, the last I kept for 14 yrs. So I have picked up the dead battery, and will now buy a brand new Costco $149.99 battery with 48 month full exchange 100 mo pro ration warranty, which obviously I should have arranged in the first place. I cannot recommend Brantford Honda explicitly enough for their care, concern welcoming arms, and appreciation of their customer, whether its buying there or servicing. More

Left work early to bring vehicle in . Arrived at the dealership and stood only to watch the service advisors help out familiar faces that arrived after me. And then the advisors all disappeared and noone was around to help me Waited roughly 15 mins when I finally got some help . Instead of bringing my vehicle in to diagnosis it was told that my coverage didn't cover scratches, never even bothered to even take my car in to even assess the windshield. What a waste of money for me lost time at work and now looking for someone else to assess the marks on my window. More
My daily driver was written off in a recent accident. I drove an older civic and was very happy with it , so I want to the Honda dealership. My salesman was new but tried very hard to help me . The current interest rates and how my payments were affected were my questions. My salesman went to his manager to inquire into used financing rates compared to new . When he came out of his office to talk he was condescending and unnecessarily difficult. I left and won’t be back . My wife and 2 kids were with me and we won’t be back . We will go to another dealer. More
Called for all in drive away price for 2024 crv lx b awd. Spoke to salesman reg told me 43 grand..came in next day to meet with him to buy the suv, came from out of town he was with another cx. The price I have is wrong and they could not honor that. I asked to speak with manager sam is his name said he couldn't approve that amount as it was over his capacity amount and he would have his district sales manager call me to see what could be done. Got a call back on Monday from Sam saying district sales manager can't agree to the price given to me and that the sales man reg who gave me the price has been spoken to . They wouldn't honor one of there salesman price that he offered me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If they are willing to lie and give false prices just to bring a customer into there business imagine what else they are telling potentially other customers, this was just a scam job... stay faŕrrr away from this honda dealership. I found their service extremely expensive. They replaced an expensive part that was not covered under warranty, and it did not resolve the issue. Not sure if I would buy another Honda, definitely not from Sterling. More
Very disappointed and frustrated. My 2019 Honda Civic with 65k, has recommended service intervals. Asked for an oil change $100. Advised, should have brakes cleaned/checked and $203. I, know all to well dealership and service department overheads, goals/targets to generate extra income. And last but not least techs/mechanics will emerge with that look and say we just discovered we need to do this immediately Canadian Tire and Green & Ross are notorious for this scheme. One, should be able to goto Sterling Honda, with a certain sense of confidence without being talked into extra service to keep the mechanics and service department occupied. More
