It is SOOOO refreshing to know there is still a company that knows the value of customer care! Bought my 2014 Mustang via Steele Ford and discovered anti freeze under the car. Mr. Ryan Graves and Steele Ford, in Halifax got right on it and discovered the water pump was faulty. They replaced it at no cost to me. Here's the thing, I didn't buy the warranty.....and they took my car right in and fixed it for free. Thanking ALL the staff at Steele Ford for their professional care and for the integrity that is so often lacking in this world, nowadays.
