The deal that I wanted to happen . I have changed my mind few times prior due to the sales man not educating me enough about the differences between trims and their options. finally, . I go and do walk around and there's a scratch on the interior door leather panel and a paint chip on the driver's side rear door. The GM approached me and said all they can do is replace the door panel and reprint the door or look for another vehicle he was very impatient and rude so told him the deal is off. He then proceeded to put his hands on my shoulder and push me out of the dealership. I said please don't put your hands on me and I got out. Folks be aware of buying a vehicle from these guys. They'll probably repaint that truck and replace the panel then sell it with full price. INSPECT YOUR VEHICLES before signing anything. The truck was Red Ram Limited. I have changed 3 vehicles in 4 years and I never had something even close to that happening to me. More

Jackson Dodge is a terrible place to purchase a vehicle. When you take the vehicle in for service it usually does not even get looked at the day you have the appointment. When it does get looked at they usually dont have the parts to fix it. In my visit i waited 3 months to get warranty work done on my truck for new shocks!! Once the shocks were replaced they were wrecked again within 20000km. Genuine Mopar Crap. The service managers do not care and will charge you for the same thing over and over again. I highly recommend never purchasing a vehicle from this place because of the headaches that come with it and the brutal service staff. More
