Bonjour, Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant la situation vécue chez Toyota Saint-Léonard. En 2023, j’ai entreposé mes pneus d’hiver chez vous. À ce moment-là, j’ava mécontentement concernant la situation vécue chez Toyota Saint-Léonard. En 2023, j’ai entreposé mes pneus d’hiver chez vous. À ce moment-là, j’avais bénéficié d’un geste commercial de la part de M. Orlando, étant donné que j’avais acheté mon RAV4 neuf dans votre concession. Aujourd’hui, lorsque je me suis présenté pour récupérer mes pneus, un employé – dont je ne connais malheureusement pas le nom – m’a informé que mes pneus avaient été jetés et détruits. Je tiens à préciser qu’il s’agissait de pneus neufs, toujours en cours de paiement, puisqu’ils étaient inclus dans mon financement. Je trouve cette situation inacceptable. Aucun avis, aucun appel, aucune autorisation de ma part n’a été donné pour détruire mes pneus. J’aimerais obtenir des explications claires ainsi qu’une solution rapide et satisfaisante à ce problème.
