I went to this dealership for a recall about a fuse, they decided (without consulting me) to remove the undercasing of my car and bled the brakes. I had a second recall for the following week, where they we decided (without consulting me) to remove the undercasing of my car and bled the brakes. I had a second recall for the following week, where they were supposed to put an anticorrosive agent on the underside of my car, but not on the same day (I had to find a car since they were keeping the car for the day). After bleeding the brakes, they told me my car was too dangerous to drive in this condition and refused to return my vehicle stating that they had to keep it till next monday (7 days) . After calling my representative, and talking to Mr Racine, we came to an understanding that they could fix my car and return it to me the same day, without any cost to me, the brake lines now being part of the recall. You have to persevere and ask to talk to a superior in order to fix the situation. All in all, what started as a bad situation and got worse, got fixed by talking to a superior, in this case a Mr. Racine. He fixed the situation to the satisfaction of both parties. I gave them three stars for the time lost and the different answers given until I met with Mr. Racine who, although, started out very sarcastic, still ended up giving me satisfaction. Case closed, although it took time, it has a happy ending. Thank you Mr Racine! I have to mention that this was a recall, with no charge to me, but still, I am in my right to be kept abreast of what work they decide to perform on my vehicule, before it's done. I came in for a fuze recall and ended up having my brake lines changed. Was not ready for it and lost half a day! More

They use ILLEGAL sales tactics Don't let them fool you, in Quebec, the advertised price of a used vehicle by law should be "all-inclusive" and cannot be raised. They tried to charge Don't let them fool you, in Quebec, the advertised price of a used vehicle by law should be "all-inclusive" and cannot be raised. They tried to charge me an extra $500 for "administrative costs" on top of the advertised price which is illegal and refused to drop the extra fee even after I mentioned that consumer protection prohibits this practice. Going through the reviews I found I'm not the only one who had this experience. If you catch them in the act, please call "l'Office de la protection du consommateur" - it's a $2000 fine for every occurrence. More

Extremely shady practices...stay away Bought a new 2012 accent in Sept 2011 and have been using this garage since I drove the car off the lot. Sales guy was pushy from the get go and the car took longer than expected to arrive at the dealership on top of that I was charged a 'transportation fee' for the car to be shipped to the dealership (how is this my responsibility? Add it to the car's price!) but I let that slide. After 4 years of ridiculously high service costs (e.g. 99 for a simple brake inspection/cleaning or an alignment or 70 to change winter tires or for a simple oil change) I reached my breaking point last week when I was told I needed new front brakes as mine were almost metal to metal (less than 2 mm, the service advisor explained) despite the fact that I experienced nothing out of the ordinary when using the car: no pulsation when breaking, no screeching, etc. I was told this was an urgent matter and that it would cost about $500 for new front brake pads and discs. Took my car to multiple other garages for a second opinion since then and finally ended up checking them myself only to find out there is still at least 7mm left on them (not even halfway used...front is 12 mm new, back is 10mm new). This leads to me question all the other 'repairs' I've had to have done on the car over the years...new back brakes, calipers, etc. Was that even necessary? They've lost an extremely loyal customer...I will never take my car to this dealership again and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this dealership even if the car was bought there...total ripoff. I will be filing a formal complaint. More
Very upset and frustrated I bought a 2012 Elantra end of August but was not ready until September. Coming home from the dealership I heard a loud clicking sound and there were I bought a 2012 Elantra end of August but was not ready until September. Coming home from the dealership I heard a loud clicking sound and there were what looked like water stains on the windshield. When I got home checked the car and noticed there was a brake light and 2 other lights burnt out.I called the dealer right away. I had to take the car back and leave it there to be fixed. A few days passed , I called everyday and left a message for the salesperson . Finally they called to say it was ready everything is fixed. When I went to pick it up the stain and noise was still there they only changed the bulbs and said the hubcap was changed.Waste of my time dealer is more than half an hour away. So had to leave the car again they said they will change the rim as it may be dented. Another couple of days passed. Finally picked the car up just before closing and noticed it was pulling to the side when driving on the highway and there was another noise. Checked tires and noticed there were now two different tires in the front and the different tire had a broken hubcap and the engine guard was broken . Called the dealer again, it's been over a week since I bought the car and I am still driving my old car, they said the car came with one different tire ( not true) and they won't change the engine guard even though it was not broken when I bought the car, but they will have someone clean the windshield. I called and left messages and sent emails with no response for over a week. Finally at the end of September I was able to speak to the salesman who became rude and he said the windshield guy will contact me.Which he did and the windshield was cleaned. Now the car is jerking but the one month warranty is over, even though I probably had the car for about two weeks of the month. So I am left with an odd tire, broken hubcap and engine guard still a noise and now a jerking car, I had less problems with my old car. This dealership advertises that they have a 120 point inspection and offer peace of mind for all used vehicles Obviously this car was not inspected and I do not have peace of mind. Very bad customer service. Will never buy a car from them again Oct 21 update The car was jerking so badley couldn't drive so took it to a garage at the end of my street. The echanic checked the oil and said the oil was low and what was there was so black I must have driven for over 5,000 km told him I just gor the car for barely a month so he added oil so I was able to take it to a dealer closer to me. The dealer was surprised I was sold the car in this condition, but I had to pay for them to do the diagnostic. It showed the transmission sensor was already flagged and it should have been changed before I got the car, so they fixed it. Since there was still no response to my emails and phone calls,I took the car back to the dealer I got it from, and showed the manager ( who could not or would not speak to me in english) the report.. He was trying to say it could have happened after I got the car, just making excuses, Finally after argueing and complaining he said I can leave the car and they will check everything. I told him I did not trust them since I was promised the last three times that everything would be fixed and I got the car back with some other problem or damage. Well another guy heard me say I didn't trust them so he came to find out why. The manager tried to say everything was under control but this guy insisted and he saw how upset I was. He introduced himself as the VP so I explained what has happened since I bought the car and showed him emails that were not responded to etc. He was very upset that I was given the car in that condition and was treated like that. He said there will be an internal investigation and he promised if I left my car there he would make sure everything was done. So I left the car. They fixed everything and also installed a remote starter as compensation for my troubles. They did the right thing in the end but I still would not buy from them again. It was just too much trouble for about a month and a half to get the right thing done.If the VP had not taken over they would not have done anything. Lesson learned More
