No pressure, just good information to help you make your decision. Jesse and Mike stayed late on a Saturday to finish up the sale so that I could drive away in my new car that day. There was a small paperwork issue but this was worked out quickly. Jesse followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my car a few days after purchase. I went in to the dealership to have him explain a couple of features and he took the time to come out and show me how things worked. I just went for my first oil change yesterday and was extremely happy with the customer service provided by Ron. He went the extra mile to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and called me when my car was ready for pick-up, giving me answers to all of the concerns that I had mentioned when I dropped my car off. Overall, I have had an awesome experience with St. James Volkswagen over the past 3 months. More

I Feel Good when I first got there I was a little unsure about what the whole procedure was, as I was told to go wait for the shuttle, I kinda thought is anyone g when I first got there I was a little unsure about what the whole procedure was, as I was told to go wait for the shuttle, I kinda thought is anyone going to ask me whats wrong with my vehicle. Someone told me to wait in the customer lounge and wait for a ride to work. Then not to shortly later, James called me and asked all the info about what was wrong my my car. I then felt alot more at ease, James was very professional and I could tell he was very experienced and really made me comfortable. He was very thorough and took all my info. When I was time to pick me up the ride was arranged very satisfactory and when I got there my car was clean and ready to go.. We got to my car and his demeanour was very professional and he explained all the work that was done. If I went back to this service dept , I would hope to get James again. Mike C. ESP MB More
