Guy did an excellent job in listening to our needs and narrowed our search to a 2014 PASSAT TDI that is perfect for us in everyway. Jesse liased with me for about 8 months on 3-4 different models and greatly assisted me in making the final decision on the vehicle best for me and my family. I have had a few issues post delivery but they have and continue to bend over backwards to please me and I have zero complaints. Im a very demanding customer i would say with attention to fine details so I have asked them hundreds of questions and put them through their paces so to speak :). No other dealership I have been to or purchased/serviced with has been this great to deal with and so happy to satisfy a customer. First VW for me and I can't see myself buying anything else anytime soon unless it's another VW or maybe an Audi? Haha. Even thinking of switching the wife's vehicle to VW when we can. There are several people I've dealt with extensively thus far and they are all 100% fantastic. Thanks guys! More

Not only was he thorough in explaining the features and benefits of the car, but he has since provided me with information on other models in which I have been interested He has gone above and beyond the initial sales experience, and has gone out of his way to be helpful to me-- on a couple of occasions he was kind enough to lend me his vehicle when I was in a bind and mine was in for service. Jeff is great to talk to and always greets me and others with a sincere smile. I wouldn't buy an Audi from anyone else! More
