The staff did not come off as desperate to make a sale but there to provide an excellent experience. This is what I would expect from a German auto manufacturer, more expensive brands take note. The next time I buy a car I will definitely go back to Steve he did a great job helping us out. The Sales and Business Managers can even make you laugh. I brought the Wife and she had a great time, a great time buying a car! How often can you say that? While we were waiting for some paperwork in the waiting area we met a Service Advisor Keith who was extremely friendly and let us ask him questions about the car. We had a chance to meet the GM Mark who was a class act all the way. We had a great time and I definitely plan on having a lot of fun with my new car! More

We dealt with Mr. Zhang on numerous occasions and we are pleased with his excellent customer services skills. He is very honest, friendly, humble, patient, and knowledgeable. He has a very good memory, and retains all the information we have talked about from previous interactions knowing exactly what our wants and needs are which allows us to get right down to business quickly the next time we visit him. We appreciate all his efforts in trying to get us the best deal for the vehicle. We dealt with both finance managers Brendan Parry and Mike McAuley. They are both quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Hubby noticed a small error in the interest rate and Brendan was quick in resolving the issue for us, This is our second time dealing with Mike McAuley (first time was when we purchased the first vehicle from Mr. Zhang).
