Jor-El was amazing to deal with, he made us feel welcome the moment he greeted us. As we knew exactly what we were looking for, we had a short conversation as to what we wanted in a A4 and he immediately brought us to a car that met all our needs and actually exceeded those needs. Jor-El was courteous, caring and fun. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our car we were treated like guests in a 5 start hotel. Along the way we met Jody Thomas. Jody was all smiles and ready to help us if we had any issues. It turns out we did have a small issue that was unforeseeable by the staff and Jody was there in a moment ready to solve the issue. Then it was time to meet Mike McAuley. Mike was honest and straight forward. All I have to say is he is good at what he does. Lastly but not least we also met Vivian Wang. Vivian was ready to answer any questions we had and was very polite. Vivian is an important part of the team as she seems to know everything that is happening at all times in the dealer ship. From the quality of staff and the quality of the vehicle this experience has been PERFECT. I have and will continue to brag and refer all to buy an Audi and buy that Audi from Jor-El. More

Not being that versed in 'car speak' only has the potential to bring confusion to a new level. Dealing with the staff at St. James Volkswagen Audi was a breath of fresh air. Our sales representative, Jor-El, zeroed in on what we were looking for in an automobile. No double talk. No confusing terms. Straight conversation about what the vehicle could do and the options that were available. If there was one on the lot, great. If not, more than willing to look for one or factory order. No pressure tactics. Felt that their product spoke for them. Jody, in management, introduced herself and made herself available during our subsequent visits and multiple test drives. Dale also made himself available during our visits. Smooth transition to dealing with Brittany in finance. Again, no pressure in terms of financing options, warranty, etc. Answered all questions to our satisfaction (and we had more than a few). Got the vehicle ready for us in record time. Afterwards Jor-El made a point of introducing us to all staff and their roles. Emphasized their importance in helping us after our purchase. We look forward to working with them in the future. More

My primary encounter was with Mary Rose Mirando (she was away for a couple of days) but the transition to Bryan Romaniuk and back to Mary was seamless. They went above and beyond with their information and patience - I'd been to numerous dealerships and had a wide variety of encounters (not all good). Brendon Parry was also super at explaining the financial end of the transaction. Ron Sarmiento was always on the sidelines cheering us on. I like the style employed by all concerned, i.e. there when you need them but not in your face. They are all stars and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. More
