As we knew exactly what we were looking for, we had a short conversation as to what we wanted in a A4 and he immediately brought us to a car that met all our needs and actually exceeded those needs. Jor-El was courteous, caring and fun. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our car we were treated like guests in a 5 start hotel. Along the way we met Jody Thomas. Jody was all smiles and ready to help us if we had any issues. It turns out we did have a small issue that was unforeseeable by the staff and Jody was there in a moment ready to solve the issue. Then it was time to meet Mike McAuley. Mike was honest and straight forward. All I have to say is he is good at what he does. Lastly but not least we also met Vivian Wang.
