I have purchased many new and used cars over the years and not one dealership has even come close on the Professionalism and service that everyone gave me that I had dealt with at St.James VW. What's really amazing is I bought a used (2014) Dodge and and they still treated me like I was buying a brand new VW. Being used there were a few little issues to be dealt with and it did not matter what the problem was they made sure there were none when I took my car home. Chris made sure I had use of a courtesy car as I live in Lac Du Bonnet so there was no problem with me and my Wife getting around. When it came to financing Mike McAuley made sure all questions were answered and then some. Typically a lot of Financing Managers are very very pushy ( Sorry Mike) and this is the part where I hated when purchasing a new car. Not with Mike he did not push anything on us and made sure what options we could use and made sure we fully understood what we were signing. St James VW is like a true family run Car Dealership and I would recommend them to anyone. I wish I had found them earlier. Jordan was very professional, super nice, and a pleasure to deal with. Not once did he pressure me to make a decision, and throughout the sales experience, he always looked out for my best interest. I'm not just saying this...he really did come through on what I thought would be a no-go situation, because when it comes to trading in a MOST LOVED car, I can be very unreasonable. And very hesitant. This is where Bryan came in. Not only did he and Jordan put an amazing deal on the table, he also lent me a 2016 Tiguan for the rest of the weekend to test drive so that I could be very very very sure that this is what I wanted to do. What salesperson/manager lets someone think on a deal over the weekend, AND lends them the car-of-interest to test drive so that they can be sure they aren't making a mistake? TELL ME. Needless to say, we closed the deal on the Monday. Even though I dealt mainly with Jordan and Bryan, I also had the pleasure of meeting Brittany, Mary Rose, and Sherry. Brittany made the financial aspect of the deal less painful (parting with money is always painful), and patiently answered all 500 questions I had for her. Mary Rose was quick to help me when Jordan was briefly unavailable, and was very kind. She remembered my name the next time I came into the dealership! Im a Client for life - Thanks to Carl R & Keith B. Kudos I have been an Audi owner now for approx 1.5 years. I purchased out of province and when it came time to need some service performed on my ride, I cal I have been an Audi owner now for approx 1.5 years. I purchased out of province and when it came time to need some service performed on my ride, I called up the Lads at St.James Audi. I am a very sharp eyed and detail orientated person. When I get my ride back after a long list of service, I am going to notice anything out of order and anything that may have been upset while with service. The first time I went to pick up my car, I was taken back. The car looked like it was brand new and it ran like a shinny top! I opened the hood and listened to my Turbo spooling and the motor growing. I was one very happy camper. My relationship with Carl R and Keith B, has been a close knit as well as well managed one. I feel like I am talking to one of my car mates from the auto club. They are so informed, smart and always so respectful. I cannot say it enough that these two lads have me as a client for life. Most recently, my Audi ran into a slew of major issues. One thing led to another. It was a long battle but in the end, my car is repaired in a very timely manner and again, I feel comfortable dealing with the team. This last time, the tech that worked on my car came up front to speak with me as well. It was good to be able to have the hands on approach to having the repair work explained to me. Wrapping up this short note, I would like to re-itterate the fact that if it was not for the lads in service, I would still be banging my head against my garage wall.
