While most luxury dealer's salespersons pre-judged me on first Jeff has sold my family one vehicle (Q5), and personally my last two vehicles at Audi. While most luxury dealer's salespersons pre-judged me on first appearance and assumed I could not afford to shop there (being younger), Jeff showed interest and enthusiasm from day one. He has always been prompt and accurate with information and has gone over and above to make the experience enjoyable. When asked detailed questions he typically knows the correct answer and if not he researches and gets back to you extremely quickly. I have helped others shop for cars at dealers elsewhere in the city and am sad to say the sales people couldn't even tell me what a basic oil change costs for their own inventory. I have ZERO complaints with the last two purchases at this dealership (2011 A4 and 2017 A4 Technik). Carl has also been a pleasure to deal with in the service department since his arrival. When I take my car in for service or a repair I have never felt ripped off from the staff here unlike our experiences with our past mazda, volvo etc. More
