Leased a Jeep Wrangler from them in January 2023 and was treated well, as I was getting closer to the end of my lease I have been dealing with Francois Richer who was trying to get me into another Jeep, unf treated well, as I was getting closer to the end of my lease I have been dealing with Francois Richer who was trying to get me into another Jeep, unfortunately he refused to speak to me in English. I don't know if he is unable but if this is the case someone else should have handled me. On several occasions I spoke with him on the phone and a couple of face to face meetings but nothing to accommodate me as the client. I will return this Jeep tomorrow and will NOT be leasing or buying another from them. I have however bought another Jeep Wrangler from another dealer who accorded me the respect M. Richer should have and they dealt with me in my language from start to finish. More

Après avoir passé une semaine à communiquer avec une conseillère, je me suis déplacé pour un essai routier. J'ai attendu une heure pour ensuite me faire dire que le véhicule avait été vendu. Le problème, c'est que j'avais laisser un dépôt par carte de crédit pour réserver ce véhicule. On m'avait promis que le véhicule ne serait pas vendu avant que je puisse le voir. J'ai confirmé par téléphone la veille de mon rendez-vous et le matin même par texto. Et ce même véhicule apparaît toujours sur leur site comme étant disponible. Ils font de la fausse publicité. Je vous conseille fortement d'éviter ce concessionnaire. More
