Unorganized and Poor Quality Purchased a fairly new used car from here. I try to order parts for another vehicle I have and on more than one occasion I show up and the part was never ordered. I usually order on a Friday and pick up the following Friday when I have a day off. I was offered a free oil change for the corrosion control module mishap but due to the unorganized parts and service department I don't think I could trust letting them complete the service on the car, it is difficult to regain trust once it is lost. More

New Owners are terrible, ignore reviews written before this! My car was new enough to still be under a warranty they don't want to honour. My 2015 VW Tiguan (bought while the dealership was under different, b My car was new enough to still be under a warranty they don't want to honour. My 2015 VW Tiguan (bought while the dealership was under different, better owners) had its check engine light turned on. So I went to the dealership ASAP as my warranty tells me to, and they won't run a 30 minute diagnostic that day because they're "Too busy". So they tell me to book an appointment a week later and say it's fine for me to drive. This is suspicious because my warranty manual says my warranty is void if something happens while I drive with a check engine light on. I told them to give me writing that I can drive my car for a week before my appointment. Suddenly when I want him to write down what he just said "the ball is in your court". He told me to decide if I can drive the car that my warranty tells me I shouldn't. They didn't want to give me a rental even though they wouldn't tell me I can drive my car. The previous dealership owners gave me rentals when I was in a similar situation with a previous car bought there with no hassle. VW even says in the FAQ section on their website that I'm entitled to a loaner vehicle while my car is down for repairs. Never buy a car here, or at other Performance dealerships in St Catharines. Previous owners/management were significantly more caring and helpful than now. More
