Once again, Collin Nissan has exceeded my expectations in their customer service. I need 4 new all season tires for my car and called Steve for a price. He mentioned he would try his best to price match because he knew I was looking around. They were a tad more expensive but in my opinion the customer service makes up for it all. The shuttle service was on the button with time and it drop off and pick up were to the minute of what they said. I did this during work hours so it was important. On my lunch when picking up my vehicle I mentioned that I forgot to ask for an oil change and it was due in a week. Judy was on it and asked a guy in the shop if he could do it on the fly so i didn't have to reschedule. He did! i was not late for week even. This is not the only time they have made my experience to good. I recommend this location all the time. This team is the greatest!! Long ago when I bought my car, shortly after my purse got stolen with my keys. I called them to ask what I should do cause of the keys being with my id and they offered to lock up my car for the night until they could make me a new key. I couldn't believe that they owed my nothing and went out of their way to help. It made my cry how kind they were. You guys have a great team there! More

I am rating the customer service at the Collin's Nissan as awesome! I've been impressed since I came into this dealership in January 2013 by their friendliness. The Sales Manager, Fred Fuoco was v Nissan as awesome! I've been impressed since I came into this dealership in January 2013 by their friendliness. The Sales Manager, Fred Fuoco was very down-to-earth, and not at all pushy. He explained the 2013 Rogue and its extras since I bought the one in the showroom. Rachel Hogan was there to assist with the nitty gritty details of my purchase and maintenance contracts for service. I especially like your service bay entrances where I can come straight into the shop and get service, instead of dropping off outside and trying to figure out where to go for service. I appreciate the emails and texts sent by the dealership employees to confirm conversations we've had, and to set up appointments and/or schedule service calls. Lisa Owens recently sent a reminder for maintenance on my 2013 Rogue, and she set up a shuttle service for me to drop off the car, then get a ride back to work and picked up after work. That's outstanding service and I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait around while my car was serviced! Hurray! I met a few of the Sales people during my negotiations to purchase and they were all terrific. Collins has always provided excellent service in the 2 years I have been taking my car there. They are head and shoulders above the previous Nissan dealership I used to take my car to, Collins treats you years I have been taking my car there. Sales staff always says hello and asks if there is anything they can do for you while you wait in the waiting area. More
I attended the dealership to have a rear bumper protector installed on my Nissan Versa hatchback. I was was treated with courtesy and the job was done efficiently. I was very impressed that they gave my car a quick wash, that was a very nice surprise :) One small criticism is that the bumper protector is crooked and it is obvious when looking at the car :( I will say that I absolutely LOVE my Versa and will return to Collins Nissan when I need a new car! It is great on gas, very versatile and I receive compliments from everyone who rides in it. I have friends with a Honda Fit who like my Versa better and plan to visit Collins Nissan when they are ready to get their next car. More
Car was in for regular servicing plus a "silver" detailing service. The workmanship of the staff doing the detailing was EXCELLENT ! As the vehicle is (a) leased, (b) 15 months old, (c) "silver" detailing service. The workmanship of the staff doing the detailing was EXCELLENT ! As the vehicle is (a) leased, (b) 15 months old, (c) only has 4874 km on it, and (d) was in for its second servicing, the vehicle is obviously much loved. I expected a little more than...here is your bill and your car is in slot 205. It would probably have taken someone from Service about 3 minutes to lead me to the car and ask whether I was satisfied with the work. Instead, I got a postcard on my dashboard directing me to this website and requesting that I rate their performance. The "workers" here are superb. The Managers need to get on the ball. More
