Five Star Service Once Again! I've had the pleasure of dealing with Collins Nissan for the Past 2 years and they continue exceed my expectations every time. I bought my first dream car for my birthday thanks to Derek Schiavone who assisted me, then my second just recently and was assisted by the very considerate and attentive Christopher Van Wiechen. Christopher Van Wiechen went above and beyond for me. He found the perfect car that suites all my needs and my lifestyle and made sure I received a very low rate for my vehicle. He was extremely patient, professional and had a lot of product knowledge. In fact I was sold on the very first model he showed me because it fit my needs and taste perfectly. Not only did he introduce me to my ideal match, he also made sure to have my dream car ready with all the bells and whistles in just 2 days. He even offered to stop by on his day off just to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and the awesome tint job they did on my vehicle!!! Special thanks to him and also Derek Schiavone for having my car all warmed up and ready for me to drive into 2018 in style. Amazing staff, car, service and help! I dealt with both Kevin and Jesse? at the dealership in trading in my car for a 2013 Lexus GS350. Car wasn't immaculate but they went out of their way as did dealership to clean it up and make it A1 for my purchase. I had been searching for quite a while in Toronto locally for another car due to a tendon operation that would be coming up and cars locally were either not up to par or the dealerships/salespeople/tradein value were horrible. This all changed when I found the Lexus I wanted in Collins. They were approx an hour away but more than made up for it with professionalism, respect and tradein value on mine which was just fantastic. They even got me a colour touchup pen from Lexus for the car also. Talk about the extra mile. Unfortunately I got a flat on the rear tire but meh, it was minor compared to the class shown by dealership. thanks for the starbucks also, kevin! Highly recommended More

I had the pleasure to be helped and looked after by Rene Romero while purchasing a pre-owned 2016 Fully Loaded Nissan Maxima SL. His genuine personality to want to help me out as much as he possibly could, working out the absolute best situation for me and making sure I was understanding everything he was saying every step of the way not leaving out ANY details. Crystal clear with his words describing everything I needed to know during this big decision, always being respectful with open ears if I had any questions whatsoever and even encouraged that I asked questions.
