Incompetent Did not have the required knowledge for the vehicle he sold nor did he have the professional etiquette when it comes to dealing with people. Not a good experience had to send the vehicle back in for service after he told us everything was fine and he checked with the mechanics. If Nathan had checked the tire pressure like we asked and the warning light was on in the vehicle he said it was suppose to be. Even a colleague came over and said let the mechanic’s have a look Nathan said no they had checked and everything was fine. Not sure how they were able to approve the safety with the warning ?? light on. This caused us to have to go back and schedule an appt. to have them fix the problem. No apologies here he just likes to take no ownership and blame others. We had to take the vehicle down wait for the repair then puck it up again (waste of time) should have already been taken care of. Once the vehicle is in for repair the service manager pulls off a part that was inside the vehicle and breaks into 3 pieces and told me it just crumbled in his hand. If he knew it was an after market piece why did he have to destroy it, we liked it. He actually had papers from Amazon to replace the part and gave it to me. Then he hands me the papers and says no charge, no kidding no charge it should of been taken care of the day we picked up the vehicle, and the dealership should actually replace the piece they broke off into pieces as we purchased the vehicle with that part Intact. More

DO NOT BUY ONCE THE PAPER IS SIGNED THEY CHANGE They sold me a new vehicle right when I drove it off the lot it had issues within that day I told them I didn't want the headache and they can have it They sold me a new vehicle right when I drove it off the lot it had issues within that day I told them I didn't want the headache and they can have it back they informed me don't worry ill be taken care of after my numerous visits of repairs in less then a month. Lets just say that never happen after months of talking and being ignored they pretty much told me I get screwed.and the manager was rude about it, I even offered to trade it in for one of there used vehicle but they offered back at a huge loss on value on me which would cost me double. After everything I wished I just kept my old vehicle which would of not cost me anything and have less headaches. BE WORNED IF YOU BUY AND SOMETHINGS GOES WRONG WITH IT THE DAY YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT YOUR STUCK WITH IT. More
