Took Good Care of my Murano Samm took good care of my Murano even when we had to move up my scheduled appointment by one day due to a worn out starter and a no start situation. M Samm took good care of my Murano even when we had to move up my scheduled appointment by one day due to a worn out starter and a no start situation. My 2009 Murano, with over 329,000 kms on it, has never let me down, until recently when it wouldn't start at the end of the business day. Samm and the rest of the service staff quickly helped me get my Murano into the dealer for the next morning, determined the starter was the cause, informed me of my replacement options, ordered in the part that day, installed it, performed my other scheduled work as well and had me back on the road at the end of the day! Great work Samm! More

Nathan Kent and my speedy purchase of 2019 Maxima I showed up at about 5pm on a Friday thinking the dealership would be open until 8 or 9, not entirely sure I would even find a car I liked. My search I showed up at about 5pm on a Friday thinking the dealership would be open until 8 or 9, not entirely sure I would even find a car I liked. My search included a used black on black Maxima. Turns out they close at 530pm during winter months. They did happen to have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Nathan was as patient as a person could be, working with someone who had no idea his shift was done. Once we hit the right spot, I met Misty, who had waited around just in case I needed help from her department. Both of them were pros and got me worked out by about 7pm. I picked up this beauty of a car a few days ago, and it is sweet. The car and terms of finance were as discussed. If I had one concern, there were some fairly obvious, but not serious spots or spills that could have been better handled during the detailing. This was certainly not a deal breaker.
