the process of buying a new vehicle started with a discussion between my wife and I. We were sure we wanted an SUV and we wanted to buy new. Our current car had been bought new and lasted us longer th discussion between my wife and I. We were sure we wanted an SUV and we wanted to buy new. Our current car had been bought new and lasted us longer than the used vehicles we watched family buy over the years. We also discussed features we wanted such as heated seats and wheel, back up camera, blind spot and lane change warning. My wife also really wanted a blue vehicle. We then did the research and discussed wants vs reality. My wife then contacted Rene. They discussed some of the vehicles the dealership sold including the Nissan Rogue which was out of our price range. They ran through the information and our budget together and set an appointment to view vehicles and discuss options. In the mean time, Rene went to work, setting up options for us. We arrive at the dealership for our appointment with the expectation of seeing vehicles, learning our financing options and returning home to discuss. Rene brings us to his office and recaps what him and my wife spoke about and then proceeds to give us some options. Rene started with an option that slightly deviated from what we were expecting. While Rene prepared other options for us to consider, we didn't get around to learning anything about them beyond that they were slightly higher in price than what this initial option was. What Rene had chosen to show us was a used 2020 Blue Nissan Rogue that had been on the road less than a year and had minimal usage before the owner decided they didn't like having an SUV as opposed to a car. Rene gave us the price of the vehicle which was in our preferred range and still lower than the top end of our budget. We decide that we are comfortable with the level of usage and care the car has had in the less than a year since it was first purchased and we go down and see it. Rene runs us through a list of features before out test drive. Among the features he lists heated seats and wheel, back up camera, blind spot and lane change warning. This vehicle has everything we wanted for the price we wanted. It was the perfect vehicle for us. What started out as exploring our options with the intent of planning a future purchase turned into driving our new vehicle off the lot two days later. Rene was absolutely wonderful. Even though we felt limited to the low end of options based on our expected budget, he worked some magic and got us a high quality vehicle with fantastic features right within our price point. He was kind, courteous and friendly through out the entire interaction. I highly recommend anyone looking at financing a vehicle take the time to talk to him and see what he can do for you. As a side note, as we were picking up the vehicle, I overheard another customer exclaim to a salesman " wow, I really didn't expect to buy a vehicle today!". This seems like an indication to me that the entire dealership knows how to work some magic and provide a solid experience. More
