My story started by a tire rupture, then the spare tire caused the AWD system to heat and I called Collins Nissan, I got Samantha on the other line, sorry can't make my appointment for tire change, my AWD caused the AWD system to heat and I called Collins Nissan, I got Samantha on the other line, sorry can't make my appointment for tire change, my AWD will probably get damaged too. Samantha offered few solutions after checking with the Specialists (+1point), and she didn't pressure me to make a decision right away, she said to call back after whatever decision I made (+1point). A friend helped me to get there, even tho I missed my appointment, Samantha still managed to squeeze me in the same day (+1point). I went in and out, they fixed my problem in record time (+1point).
