Collins is truly what the car buying experience should be I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum through Nelson Mason at Collins Nissan in August and would rate my buying experience as the best ever. I live about 160k from the dealership, so all of my discussions with Nelson right up to the time of pick up were by email and telephone. Nelson responded to my myriad of questions in a very timely manner and devoted a lot of time to negotiate the price and explain the car’s many technological features. His professionalism, knowledge and level of assistance can only be described as exemplary. Krista Caperchione, Financial Services Manager went out of her way to explain and handle the financial and sale documents through email and telephone, so these were essentially completed in advance of my picking up the vehicle. Again, a totally friendly, helpful and professional approach. Overall, I cannot be too complimentary to Nelson and Krista and the Collins Team - they truly do exhibit what the vehicle buying experience should be. More

They were very informative and not pushy ( I had this happen at OTHER car dealership places and left because of it ) Nelson was very knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing, and assured me this car would fit my needs for work and regular use, I asked him many, many questions and he didn't hesitate to answer ALL of my questions quickly and efficiently .Derek was very informative about the paper work process and answered every question I had or offered to help where needed with the paper work.
