right on my wife and i take a lot of time before we make a huge purchase like a vehicle, we go to the car show sit in get a feel for the different vehicles we my wife and i take a lot of time before we make a huge purchase like a vehicle, we go to the car show sit in get a feel for the different vehicles we are looking at. for us it was a new pick-up. By looks and feel warranty reviews....we narrowed it down to 2 brands one of which was the TITAN. we took both for test driver over 7 months time and revisited the two brands. Thinking that the TITAN was above our price range. We were pleased with Nelson our sales guy who respected our space andour need to slowly process. When Nissan insensitive came into play the better truck in my oppion actually became cheaper then the other option. Nelson and the team Collins worked hard not on me but with each other to get me into my new truck $250.00 below my low ball offer. I am not a great negotiator so i appreciate the effort put in, to get me into what i think is the best of all the full size pick-ups on the market. Check out a TITAN XD you will be amazed More

I was treated like a person! -2016 Nissan Rogue From the minute I walked in the door, i was treated like a person..not just a commission bonus cheque. I didn't have to wait long for assistance . I explained my needs to them and they had no problem finding me a few potential options. While discussing the cars and taking me out for test drives, they made me feel very relaxed and not pressured into making any rash decisions. I also felt heard because they were able to find the vehicle with ALL my needs ...It took a lot of work for them to find a way to make my car of choice happen with the financing but all of them were always open, honest and very thorough through the whole process. They also worked very quickly and i never had to wait and wonder what was going on. I felt like i could trust them and that they were trying to keep my family's best interest in mind at all times. The day of delivery was a very happy day. Jesse was so informative and very helpful in making it very smooth for me to drive away happy.
