Next morning went to Collins Nissan to meet Rob and Emil and to test drive a 2015 Rogue. Made the deal to purchase and asked if vehicle could be ready to go later that day as we had to get home. Rob assured us that was possible and drove us back to the Falls to spend the afternoon while waiting for the vehicle! Rob even came back to pick us up! REALLY...who does this???? Rob went out of his way to accommodate us, never once making us feel like it was an inconvenience! Rob also took the time to explain all the options & features of the vehicle making sure we felt comfortable before driving away. A big reason we drove 3 hrs to Collins Nissan was because of all the great review we read about the dealership. Fair price plus great customer service....how could you go wrong!
