Excellent Cucstomer Service I just had to bring my car in for a routine oil change. The service is very prompt and friendly. When I received the bill, I realized I had forgot my coupon at home, but they suggested I show them the e-mail on my phone and honored it!!! That just made my day! I felt the need to write this review after my most recent service visit because of how fantastic the service was. I had required a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car for an evening apt but as their customer service shuttle driver only works until 5pm I was unsure how I was going to get my car at 7pm as I had not been able to track down a ride. They said this was no problem and sent a mechanic to pick me up before the end of his shift. This type of concern for customers needs is just one of many examples of this dealership going the extra mile for me since I started going there, and I have not had my car serviced anywhere else in the 4 years I've owned it and I have no desire to go anywhere else. More

To enjoy driving I hoped I could find something smaller than a full size van. We narrowed it down to a few models. I was pleasantly surprised to find the features of the Mazda 5 could indeed accommodate my scooter and the side sliding 'van like' rear doors were perfect for easy access. Bonus- it was a good looking car and fun to drive. Perfect! Now I had to buy it...My experience with St Catharines Mazda (Jim Tirpko and team) was superb with Jim going the extra mile to assist with the arrangements for the lift installation and ironing out some bumps with the wonderful 0% financing deal. He followed up with telephone calls and e-mail correspondence prior to and following my purchase of a 2014 CX5. Manager Chris Storring was also involved in the purchase process. It was obvious that Chris sets a positive tone with his professional yet friendly approach with customers. I also had my other vehicle in for service at the dealership.
