Buying used car ?I bought a used 2012 Mercedes from them, first service was due in a week, at the service by Mercedes Benz it was diagnosed with a Transmission Failur ?I bought a used 2012 Mercedes from them, first service was due in a week, at the service by Mercedes Benz it was diagnosed with a Transmission Failure that would cost around $10k+tax to repair. I informed Mazda immediately and provided them with an official report from MB, all I got were cold responses with dash of sarcasm. After couple of months they offered me a trade-in with a BMW trying to make profit of another deal instead of taking their car back in the first place. This is the dealership culture when situation isn't rosy, I was advised by few to sue them. I dealt with Paul Sadowsky-Pre-Owned Manager whose actions according to him, were in consultation with their GM. More

During my last visit I had my first ever issue with them which was resolved immediately. During this visit I was as always has been the case more than satisfied. The work was first rate the service staff Jeff, George the unknown techie took care of everything. I paid the bill which I thought was within the parameters which I had been told. The next day Sandy from accounting called and said I was overcharged and could I return in order to credit my Visa. I did and very much appreciated the extent the dealership goes to ensure customer service and confidence that they check everything including billings. The folks at St. Catharines do care about their reputation and their customers. More
