St. Catharines Mazda

I was pretty surprised when my old car broke down - but not exactly shocked, seeing as the car was old (Mazda Protege, 1997). I needed to invest in a new car quite quickly and already my mind had been made not exactly shocked, seeing as the car was old (Mazda Protege, 1997). I needed to invest in a new car quite quickly and already my mind had been made up that I wanted to stick with Mazda. I've always wanted a Mazda 3 and was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the dealership. I had never invested in a new car before, nor had I ever even entered a dealership. Everything was clean, intriguing, interesting and the environment itself was welcoming. I can't lie though - the best thing about the whole experience was the bond I formed with my sales associate, Inara. Every person inside was friendly, with a smile on their face, but Inara was personable, understanding, knowledgeable, funny, professional, helpful, interested in what I had to say and extremely easy to relate to. This was honestly fantastic seeing as I was nervous enough having never purchased a new car. She even personally texted me to ensure that all of my requirements were met, and I could get the exact car I wanted! Maybe some people would not appreciate this, but I thought it was fantastic and much easier than email. The process itself fast, easy and stress free. I was a little worried about financial issues but they have a great department for that and within no time I had been approved for a fancy new car. I was even blown away when they assured me that they would get the new car for me ASAP, and glad that the associates didn't mind taking the extra time to answer any questions I had. I can say with out a doubt that this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and I felt Inara really went out of her way to ensure that was the result. Everything was fully explained with patience, and I feel confident that buying a new car was the best route for me. I also feel confident that if I ever have any questions I know I can always return for answers, and I have no doubt that I would receive the same friendly, knowledgeable experience that I've previously had. Lastly, all I can say is that I LOVE my new car, was happy to know I didn't have to take care of my old one (it was immobile, but after I traded it in Mazda arranged for a tow truck to come and get it with no fee to me - wow!) and that I look forward to seeing the kind folks at Mazda when I head back in January! On August 21, 2013, I bought a Mazda 3, from St. Catharines Mazda. I had approached other car dealers prior in consideration of buying a different car, other than a Mazda though I had known that the Catharines Mazda. I had approached other car dealers prior in consideration of buying a different car, other than a Mazda though I had known that the Mazda 3, was a highly rated automobile and a good, reliable car. What made me finally decide on the Mazda 3 was not only the car’s reputation but the excellent service that I received at the Mazda Dealership. Our Sales Representative Cameron Wilson was an informed, polite and respectful professional. When he did not know an answer to one of my questions he instantly contacted someone who did, to ensure that I was well informed about my purchase. I found his honesty refreshing and his sales approach was not the high pressure sales tactics I had experienced at other dealerships. I would like to thank Cameron Wilson for his sincere and friendly manner in working with me. I felt as if Cameron and I were a team as opposed to a salesman and customer working out a purchase. Mid Aug I was ready to look again and again ended up with Mazda. I really liked the look of the CX5 and that it can pull a small trailer. I liked the room and how the seats folded right down for my dogs. Inara was very knowledgeable about their vehicles. She worked with me, with my budget, giving different options and even suggesting a “trade in vehicle” with out the pressure to buy Mazda. She consulted with the rest of the Mazda team from the manager to the finance experts to get the car that I really wanted. Inara was very knowledgeable of the extended warranties and patiently explained the features of all the options. She was very timely in answering my emails when I had questions and concerns. The test drive was even nice, not awkward or uncomfortable. The offer of coffee or water with each visit was a really nice touch. When she handed me the “keys” she really seemed genuinely happy for me; not just happy that she sold another vehicle. Plus being a woman, it is nice working with a woman. A woman understands that women have different needs and expectations with their vehicles, and when buying a new/replacement vehicle. Now a week later, I am SO happy with Mazda! I never really appreciated how it can be fun to drive. Never appreciated that all “the bells and whistles” ARE really nice to have. (a little bit of understanding to a male mind here ?) Our CX-5 was ready for pickup on the time and date promised. The entire purchase went very smoothly from the time we first entered their show room to the time we drove away with our new vehicle. We found the sales staff at St. Catharines Mazda to be very professional and efficient, and never did we feel "pressured" to buy a vehicle from them, even though we had visited, and test drove several other makes and models, from various other dealerships in the area. We would have no problem whatsoever, in recommending them to anyone in the market for buying a new or used vehicle. More

I honestly never thought I would have been able to have my dream vehicle as nice as my Mazda. It was the perfect birthday gift for me. I absolutely love the features & the look of my zoom zoom. Although it has only been a week I have been bragging about my experience at St. Catharines Mazda I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking. We used to own a Mazda and 4 years ago we went with another make of car. We realized quickly that we had made a mistake but were locked in a lease.
