If there was a zero star that would be what I would pick. I relied on Honda reviews when I purchased my vehicle and they are not reliable. Even if you state in your review the staff were amazing during your purchase experience it is after the purchase that becomes an issue. Once you drive the vehicle off the lot the dealerships do not care about customer satisfaction. My free oil-changes were not honored. I bought new tires from St Albert Honda and after 40 k the threads started to separate. I paid over a thousand dollars a few months ago and now St Albert Honda refuse to help me with new tires they want me to re purchase tires at 1, 000 dollars AGAIN. I left messages for call back to discuss this but no one got back to me in fact I'm being ignored. I previously had Toyota's all my life and decided to go with a new Honda. This was a mistake now I can't wait to get rid of my Honda and go back to Toyota. The Honda's are not good vehicles they are not mechanically sound vehicles. I would never recommend anyone buy a Honda vehicle. More
I was misled, and paid thousands of dollars for warranties. I was told that any dings caused by stones or doors would be covered. When I brought the vehicle in to touch up the paint, instead they p warranties. I was told that any dings caused by stones or doors would be covered. When I brought the vehicle in to touch up the paint, instead they put a coating over the dings. I was told I had to go to Acura and pay to have the paint touched up. I am furious; as I was lied to. The person who sold me the warranties fraudulently misrepresented the facts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let them do this to you!!!!!!!!!!! More
The Service Department is always Amazing. Charles Tam (Assistant Service Manager) went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys, purse and phone in my car, a few blocks from Honda. Charles Tam (Assistant Service Manager) went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys, purse and phone in my car, a few blocks from Honda. The Service Department was closed but Charles was still there. He looked up my car, saw I still had Roadside Assistance, he called, gave them with my info then I talked to them. Someone arrived just over an hour later and unlocked my car. Without Charles's help I don't know what I would of done, I couldn't call anyone without my phone. Thanks so much to Charles for his help!! More
