Sales experience was good. Taking delivery of the car, dealing with finance and the calls after purchase are terrible. Big hassle and tried to keep patient until the 4th time calling. Shop elsewhere for sure if you want a more hassle free buying experience. More
Great experience during the purchase of a new Honda Ridgeline. Bob was very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics and was helpful in securing a good price. He was very respectful as I asked a number of questions. Being a female we expect that men at car dealerships can be very condescending but not Bob. He answered all of my questions, and was happy to bring vehicles near the showroom so we could observe all of the possible options.
