I brought my 2014 Cummins 6.7 in to get the inspection which was a really GREAT idea to have my truck totally looked over for not only my safety but my family’s as well and to verify what was wrong. I dropped it off Thursday evening before closing and she asked to have it for the full day on Friday which was totally fine. After getting my truck back at end of day I received my paper work and it was WAY Under what we originally discussed and had a full report of truck of any issues recommended attention for further time and all that checked out. Katie(service advisor) and mark(tech) took care of me. I’ve been going to these guys for years and will continue to as they treat me like family and I totally trust any recommendations or things that need attention right away. Katie always has positive attitude, smiling and If repairs or further things need attention she calls Right away to have permission before work continues and as truck is apart helps to save me money as well. Mark is great guy, noligable and very proud of all The techs that work beside him and they all pay attention to details. He guarantees his workmanship and makes sure you go home educated if you have any questions about your vehicle and advises you of products or repairs that prevents major repairs or break downs. Thank you St. Albert Dodge for your great employees, techs, sales team they all provide a great atmosphere, non pushy and make you at home while waiting on your vehicle or have a great courtesy driver to take you home or to work. Terrible sales experience I was looking at a new 2019 1500 Ram. I was dealing with one salesman and a few days later went back to see him. He was not available but another sale I was looking at a new 2019 1500 Ram. I was dealing with one salesman and a few days later went back to see him. He was not available but another sales person offered to help and let my salesman know. When negotiating we could not agree to a price so I looked at other dealers. Days later the second salesman text me and said they could do a better deal. I went and saw him to look at the vehicle. I decided to go with the second dealership. I informed the St. Albert Dodge dealership salesman is was going to buy from the other dealership. I then received a very rude text from the St. Albert Dodge salesperson of why I made the wrong decision, questioning my decision making and Loyalty. A week later I received a phone call from the first salesperson I talked to and told him I bought a truck already and that I would never deal with St. Albert Dodge again. I told him what happen and he informed me that the salesperson did not inform him like I asked him. I told him the story. I told him that I was going to bring my service and future business to St. Albert Dodge because the other salesperson was so rude and disrespectful I will never recommend them to anyone or deal with them. I was very surprised that a manager never contacted me but I guess they don’t care about how their salespeople treat customers or because I decided not to buy from them they feel it is acceptable to be disrespectable to me. Do not deal with St. Albert Dodge. More
great service until you buy, then you are on your own! Bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee and came from out of province. The vehicle was a difficult trim and colour combination to find in Canada, so I wasn't able to haggle on price. Chad was great at the start. Two major issues with the way they conduct business. 1) I asked to buy extended Jeep warranty and when the finance manager priced it out he used some lame sales tactic and told me he was going to get me the friends and family discount by saying I was his cousin. I used to work in the industry for 6 years and once I finally got the total price out of him (instead of the extra monthly payment amount) I realized it was high. He then somehow magically lowered the price to what sounded more reasonable. After that, the total vehicle purchase price was about $1000 higher than my calculations and after pointing this out he lowered it to where it should have been. He somehow didn't know why it was $1000 more. Go figure. 2) I picked up the vehicle from the dealership and drove it home. Upon driving I noticed a faint hissing sound from the air/heat. Took it to the Jeep dealership a week after getting home and they thought the A/C just needed to be recharged. They said the warranty would cover it but I had to pay $100. I was not told about my $100 deductible when I bought my warranty so I was surprised, but I went ahead and paid it. The hissing came back a week later and I managed to take it in 2 weeks after that. They told me the whole unit needed to be replaced under warranty. Three weeks later my pushbutton start falls through my dash while driving in the States and I'm told it's not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty because it's a trim piece. I pay out of pocket and decide to call Chad and let him know what has happened thus far with the vehicle (he did message me after my purchase saying to contact him if I needed anything). Instead of being sympathetic he basically says there's no way to prove that his service department missed it in their "extensive Jeep inspection". He also asks why I'm calling him 3 months later (even though I took delivery 60 days ago)? I then tell him that I have the service records showing it happened right after my delivery and I had to waste a lot of time getting it fixed. I mentioned I would email him the service records to prove it and asked him to talk to his manager. A few days passed and I didn't get a reply, so I messaged him asking if he got my email. No reply, so a few days later I called the dealership and asked for him. Once they told him it was me calling he was ''magically'' unavailable and on a test drive. I decided to call the dealership 2 days later and they didn't ask who was calling so I managed to get a hold of him. He informs me there is nothing he can do its been 90 days (once again it was only 60 but that shouldn't make a difference) and I can't prove the vehicle was like that when I picked it up. I asked him why it took so long to get back to me and then comes more excuses. His phone wasn't working for the past 4 days, etc. I told him that's weird that you don't have access to your work email at work or a phone at work but I would have been fine with a reply stating there's nothing you can do and an apology. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but this is out of principle. If Chad tried to rectify the situation instead of getting defensive from the start, I would have been fine if they were not able to reimburse me the few $100 deductibles I had to pay. But no, Instead he screens my calls, emails, messages and gets even more defensive when I explain to him why I'm unhappy. He clearly didn't care, because I had already purchased the vehicle and he had already been paid! More

Service Center used as Sales Lead I had been receiving numerous emails and phone calls from the new car sales department and unsubscribed and twice told the salesman that had called to I had been receiving numerous emails and phone calls from the new car sales department and unsubscribed and twice told the salesman that had called to please not call anymore as per the CRTC regulations that should have been the end of things. I just took my truck into the dealership for a recall. For some reason, a salesman called my wife offering to buy the truck into their used inventory and sell us a new vehicle. This completely confused my wife and I received phone call from my wife asking why I was selling the truck? no sooner than I got off the phone with her, the salesman then called me. After once again explaining that I do not want these calls, and have requested TWICE before not be called he said he would make a note in my file but could not guarantee that someone else would not call. These types of aggressive sales tactics are backfiring, as I told everyone at work and a co worker also mentioned the sales calls from St. Albert Dodge. And when the request to stop calling was made the salesman started texting! 1. The service department should not be used as a sales lead pipeline. For the most part people are already upset about having work done on their vehicle. 2. They do not honor a "do not contact" request. The next time I get contacted by St. Albert Dodge, I will be forwarding a complaint to the CRTC. The work of the service department was good, the driver friendly, but the sales department ensured that I will never buy a vehicle from them, and that I will tell everyone I can. More
