At the conclusion of the extremely civil / no pressure negotiations, was told that I had "gotten a great deal", and for once I actually, truly felt that way, definitely a first ! Driving home I was thinking that it really had been a pleasant experience, thanks Daylan, Jeff, and the other employees of St Albert Dodge. More

They didnt offer any deals or gave anything when we bought the truck. More

Worst Service EVER!! They are great when you walk in the door...after you make a deal you find that you are not receiving anything promised!! They even ordered me a cover for my Jeep and were having it shipped to my home. After the deal was finalized and the cheque cashed I got notification from purolator that St Albert Dodge canceled the order...how professional. I even traveled out of my home town to purchase at St Albert Dodge as someone recommended them....wow what a mistake that was!! More

Terrible sales experience I was looking at a new 2019 1500 Ram. I was dealing with one salesman and a few days later went back to see him. He was not available but another sale I was looking at a new 2019 1500 Ram. I was dealing with one salesman and a few days later went back to see him. He was not available but another sales person offered to help and let my salesman know. When negotiating we could not agree to a price so I looked at other dealers. Days later the second salesman text me and said they could do a better deal. I went and saw him to look at the vehicle. I decided to go with the second dealership. I informed the St. Albert Dodge dealership salesman is was going to buy from the other dealership. I then received a very rude text from the St. Albert Dodge salesperson of why I made the wrong decision, questioning my decision making and Loyalty. A week later I received a phone call from the first salesperson I talked to and told him I bought a truck already and that I would never deal with St. Albert Dodge again. I told him what happen and he informed me that the salesperson did not inform him like I asked him. I told him the story. I told him that I was going to bring my service and future business to St. Albert Dodge because the other salesperson was so rude and disrespectful I will never recommend them to anyone or deal with them. I was very surprised that a manager never contacted me but I guess they don’t care about how their salespeople treat customers or because I decided not to buy from them they feel it is acceptable to be disrespectable to me. Do not deal with St. Albert Dodge. More
