3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership I don't have anything bad to say about this dealership. We dealt with Dari and he's a great person to deal with. I wasn't the easiest person to sell a I don't have anything bad to say about this dealership. We dealt with Dari and he's a great person to deal with. I wasn't the easiest person to sell and he and I had a few deals over the course of 4 months that I just couldn't follow through on due to my own situation. Eventually he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. What was supposed to be a single vehicle purchase, he got both my wife and I into two brand new vehicles as well as help us consolidate some other household debt holding us down for the same monthly costs as we were paying before. Only 4 stars because i told him not to call me back for at least 10 years and he said i'll get a call in 4. I'll upgrade the star rating to five if i don't hear from him for at least 8 years. More

Dari, a salesman came up to us asking if he could assist us in looking at vehicles. He was very knowledgable, nice and to the point. He made the stress of buying a new vehicle an enjoyable one. He was able to find us a used Dodge Journey that I loved for the price my husband loved. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning, from Dari the Salesman to Jay the Sales Manager to Perry who did our financing. Would go back again to St. Albert Dodge to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

Great easy service. I purchased a 2014 jeep srt, and from the beginning I was having a rattle problem! I took it to 3 dealerships and no one can find the problem. My last I purchased a 2014 jeep srt, and from the beginning I was having a rattle problem! I took it to 3 dealerships and no one can find the problem. My last resort was St. Albert dodge, but because I live in Edmonton it is further than most dealerships. However, the drive was more than worth it as they were able to fix my rattle problem. After walking in the door of St Albert Dodge after two years, I could defiantly see an improvement of the overall moral and kindness from everyone I c After walking in the door of St Albert Dodge after two years, I could defiantly see an improvement of the overall moral and kindness from everyone I came into contact with. I was in the showroom looking at purchasing two vehicles, one for me and the other for my wife. Once meeting a very enthusiastic salesperson, it was evident that he was after a big sale, no matter the cost. To the extent that my wife was scared away with pressure to purchase without even test driving the vehicle she was interested in. (NO SALE) I needed good sound honest advice about my soon-to-be purchase; I also had specific requirements that needed to be met. I was told that this truck could do the job. I test drove and fell in love with my new truck. “Until” I realized it could not perform as well as described. After one day, I was not impressed, and actually despised my new purchase. I returned to the dealership and explained my situation to the General Sales Manager “Brandon Hebert”. I have never in my life seen such professionalism and courtesy from that of Brandon. He was extremely understanding, compassionate and sensitive to my concerns and experience. The St Albert team “Vince Lee, Clint Plante, Marty Dabrowski and lead by Brandon Hebert” as a whole, came together and found a solution that I could work with. I truly believe I made several great new friends, just because of the hospitality, courteousness and true understanding they displayed.
