Expensive diagnostic to confirm uconnect software current Bluetooth uconnect and iPhone kept cutting in and out so brought it to dealer to confirm uconnect software was up to date as iPhone iOS 10.3.3 has bee Bluetooth uconnect and iPhone kept cutting in and out so brought it to dealer to confirm uconnect software was up to date as iPhone iOS 10.3.3 has been reported to have Bluetooth issues. Was quoted .5 hour to diagnose and update software so I agreed as I need this fixed. Shortly thereafter I was told the software IS ALREADY up to date so no download required and was still billed $56.45 and problem not fixed. Went home and accesses system and deleted all previous pairings and re entered the iPhone as a new device to pair and it works perfect. Wish I knew to try that first. But still think getting charged $56.45 for a confirmation that the software is already up to date with no time spent updating was a little excessive. Not sure how long it should take for a service tech to check but should not be that much More
