A Very Bad experience I bought a 2013 dodge ram 1500 from st Albert dodge. I was shown the mechanical fitness assessment document which shows that everything was in good c I bought a 2013 dodge ram 1500 from st Albert dodge. I was shown the mechanical fitness assessment document which shows that everything was in good condition with the truck. I bought it and took it home. The next day I noticed the air suspension service light came up on the screen. I took the truck back and ask them to check what was wrong. After they conducted their test they said it was just short of hydraulic fluid. I took the vehicle home after 2days I noticed the light came up on the screen again and when driving you notice the jump; it’s so bad that I felt a sharp pain in my back everytime I drive it. I called the sales guy (JOHN) and complain about it to him. He asked me to bring the truck in. I brought it in and they held it for 2days. They called me and said the issues have been resolved. I took the vehicle and when driving it I notice the issue was not resolved. I called again and they asked me to bring it in again which I did. This time they said they need to hold the truck for 7-10 days because they need to order in the parts. I gave them the truck and after 7days I was called to come get the truck that it has been fixed. I took the truck and I travel out of the country on the 14th of December 2017. My wife called me and said the same issue is back on the truck not even 2days after I left. I called John and asked him if they sold me a broken truck with falsified mechanical fitness assessment. He ask me to bring it in again and my wife took it there. I called after a week and they said this time I have to pay for the services. I refuse to pay for it. The truck is still with them as of the time of writing this. I have made my first loan payment on the truck even without using the truck. Now the second payment comes up on the 20th of January and I still do not have the truck. It was a disaster dealing with St Albert Dodge. Shame on them More

Awesome repair service Recently had issues with the windshield wiper starting on their own and not being able to turn them off on my 2011 Jeep Patriot. Diagnoses was that i Recently had issues with the windshield wiper starting on their own and not being able to turn them off on my 2011 Jeep Patriot. Diagnoses was that it needed a new wiper motor. Had it installed but issue reappeared a week and a half later. Took it back, of course it didn't act up on demand so shop had difficulty getting it to happen again. They persevered and by the end of the day they figured out it was the TIPM which was still under warranty from a previous replacement. St.Albert Dodge refunded me the entire cost of the initial diagnostic and parts and labour on the new motor they installed. With do many sheisters in the auto industry out there, I totally recommend St. Albert Dodge. More
