Just Awesome Shannon was our sales person at the dealership and was nothing but fantastic to deal with. We told him what we wanted, how much we were willing to sp Shannon was our sales person at the dealership and was nothing but fantastic to deal with. We told him what we wanted, how much we were willing to spend and the options we wanted on the vehicle. He was very professional and treated us with the utmost respect, even joking around with us making everything nice and relaxed. He managed to find the exact vehicle we wanted and everything went smoothly from then on. After the final papers were signed Shannon told us he would have the truck in the shop, have the parts and under coating we requested done to the truck and be ready for us in a couple of days (only because it was the weekend). I would refer any family member or friend to Shannon and this dealership if they are looking for a new or used vehicle. This is are second new truck we have purchased from this dealership and we couldn't be happier. More

They have always made me feel welcome to inquire and ask questions. I have previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I would do so again in the future. The sales team didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase that I wasn’t 100% happy with. They worked with me to get the vehicle that I wanted with a decent trade-in value and vehicle price. Very Disappointed I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. When I brought the van home, I noticed that tools kit(jack etc) was missing from the compartme I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. I phoned them immediately and a guy promised to look into it.......since then, no action, no response. More
