He didn't try to oversell getting my brakes done, as they were good enough to take me well into the next service, I appreciated that as my finances are limited and if he had advised me to get them done instead of waiting, even tho it would have been a hardship, I would have had them serviced. He also told me what to expect at my next service. I liked that fact that my services can be pulled up by computer so he was also able to tell me when the last time my air filter had been changed. The shuttle driver was busy when my car was ready so Robert even picked me up himself. I didn't expect it, but did appreciate the fact that he remembered that I had a new dog at home and was worried about it being left alone too long! Just an example of the small things that add up to excellent service that goes beyond the technical aspect. More

Be sure that this is a superior product with low maintenance cost...my truck has 180 000km on the clock. But also, the service is personal and local staff bedn over backwards to go the extra mile. They work hard to get work done on time. If they have to get in a subcontractor to do work they pull strings and make it happen. Make no mistake this team exceeds even some of the BMW and Mercedes service teams I have dealt with in the past. Buy Toyota and enjoy a trustworthy relationship. More
