They are great as long as you don’t have problems with your vehicle which to me isn’t what great customer service is. My 3 year Murano Platinum stopped working in parking lots two nights in a row after dr your vehicle which to me isn’t what great customer service is. My 3 year Murano Platinum stopped working in parking lots two nights in a row after dropping my kids off at their activities. The first night I got CAA to boost my battery and drove it around for 45 min thinking my issue was resolved. The second night it got me to my destination but when I came to go home it wasn’t turning on. This time I asked the car next to me to boost it. It got me home, the next morning it didn’t turn on. I called the services at Nissan Spinelli thinking they’d simply tell me to bring it in. That call turned into a fiasco where none of their staff knew how to de-escalate the situation including their services manager. They told me the car was dangerous since it gets me to my destinations but doesn’t stop working so not to drive it to them. They asked me to tow it to them but I was to cover for towing. Again reminder this is their high end car - Murano Platinum AWD that’s not even 3 years old and they are asking me to either cover towing fees or drive a dangerous car. After explaining to these morons they were putting me in a difficult situation and I’d already lived two nights of stress being stranded with my kids in parking lots, their service manager tells me he can’t empathize with my situation because he had no kids. I asked him to retract his statement but he insisted that he couldn’t empathize and that he couldn’t do anything for me - neither find a way to tow it to him. What he did retract was that the car wasn’t dangerous so I could get it boosted by somebody and drive it to him but the fees of what was needed would still have to be covered by me. Again reminder this is their high end vehicle and my monthly lease terms are easily comparable to what I can pick up from Tesla model 3 or Y. This deader is totally out of touch with what the market delivers in terms of customer service and quality of cars. I ended up over the weekend contacting CAA and they came and changed batteries and did the diagnostics for me. I should mention that for the three years I’ve only taken my services to Nissan and this is the thanks they give to loyal customers. Needless to say I will not be ever going back to any spinelli dealer nor Nissan. And I plan to write to their head office. Stay very far away from this dealership and services department. More
I have recently purchased an electric car from Spinelli Nissan. I was dreading changing from a gas car to an electric car but the sales representative, Kyle Pereire, made it so easy for me. He went through Nissan. I was dreading changing from a gas car to an electric car but the sales representative, Kyle Pereire, made it so easy for me. He went through all the questions I had and was so friendly that it was a very smooth transaction. The manager even came over to greet us and took time to go through everything with us. The service was excellent. On the day of the delivery, everything was super again. Kyle was there to wave me off and called a few days later to ensure all was good. I am very impressed. More

I entrust my vehicle to the Professionals at Spinelli Nissan because they take care in doing what is asked from them , which is to take the outmost care of my baby.
