I always wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced, because the last two times I arranged a pickup, the driver didn't show up. I reached out to Spinelli several times via email & voicemail serviced, because the last two times I arranged a pickup, the driver didn't show up. I reached out to Spinelli several times via email & voicemail on both instances, nobody got back to me. When I finally did get through to an actual person, all I got was "Ce n'est pas moi monsieur...", and that was it. As to this recent visit, it went okay, no hangups or surprises, the rep was friendly & polite. As to this DealerRater functionality - they're asking me for my email address - I wonder how many times that info is going to be sold? More
