Spinelli INFINITI

This is a horrible dealer, my certified used infiniti is the worst car i ever owned, bought from them at 35,000 kms and nothing but problems from the beginning. The service advisors are the only ones that t the worst car i ever owned, bought from them at 35,000 kms and nothing but problems from the beginning. The service advisors are the only ones that tried to give me good service, the service manager is useless, had a defect in the leather seat when i bought it and three times they took pictures and said they sent it in for warranty confirmation and they were never sent because i never got a call and had to reach out myself all three times tobe told that the service manager was on vacation and couldn’t give me an answer. When i finally got fed up and asked them to evaluate it to trade in for something else, i was offered $20,000 less (which is half the price )that i bought it for 18 months earlier (it had only 65,000 kms). I proceeded to inform them that they had two of the same model year car with a lot less equipment for $10,000 more than they were offering me on their lot, the same day those two vehicles were removed from their site but never left the lot. These people are complete scammers and should not be trusted. I will never buy another infiniti or nissan ever again and will never buy a vehicle from a spinelli branded dealer. More
