Great help from 2 employees Had an issue with my roof racks and stopped at Dealership today. Talked to the xxx't Parts Mgr as these guys usually know everything. He did offer some advised but just to be sure he came to my truck and had a look. He said again he just wanted to be certain so he went and got ahold of "Ed" young fellow who I was told wears many hats at the Dealership and does some of these installs initially among many other things. He showed me what and how to do it and that was it. 10 minutes later I was on my way. It was near time for these guys to go home but they took the time to help me which I found most gratifying. Way to go guys....you really came to the rescure. More

Defective driver's seat I have had an issue with discolouration and rippling on the driver's seat on my 2016 RDX from 2 months after I bought it in June 2015. Fab and Mary wi I have had an issue with discolouration and rippling on the driver's seat on my 2016 RDX from 2 months after I bought it in June 2015. Fab and Mary with the service department as well as Andy continuously argued this is normal. They said that replacing it now would result in the leather being a different color than the other seats, that I should live with it until it cracked, and it would get replaced under warranty. An odd argument since it is most likely the leather on the seats would fade over time and chances are it would look different a few years from now. We were so disappointed as we had received outstanding customer service from Ravi and Helena when purchasing the vehicle. This week, a year after the purchase and after living with the sense of disappointment, my husband met with Jeff, the new Managing Partner who took one look at the seat and said "This is not normal." Without telling us what he planned to do, Jweff offered his own vehicle for my husband to use for the afternoon while he would look into the issue. To our surprise and delight, Jeff then arranged to swap out the seat with a new one. Thank you so much, Jeff. You have renewed our faith in the customer service we should expect from Southview. We will now return for regular service on the vehicle. More
